Honorverse "Ships Of The Fleet" 1903/1904 PD Calendar
This product has a bit of an anecdote behind it. While we were confirming dates for the scenario pack, the question of date conversion came up, and before we knew it, we'd had a date conversion program most of the way written.
Some pieces of data combined. The first is that the Gregorian calendar recycles every 400 years. The second is that David's Honorpedia article said that the date 1/1/2103 was designated as Year 1, Post Diaspora. The third is that Honor Harrington's orders to take command of the Fearless took place in 1900 PD.
1900 PD + AD 2102 means that On Basilisk Station takes place in AD 4002...which uses the same calendar (for days of the week ) as 2002 AD. The opening phases of Honor of the Queen take place in 1903 PD...which uses the same calendar as 2005.
As we were specing out artwork, it was a minor matter to have all the interior art composed as large pieces of art for a color calendar...
The calendar shows the Terrestrial Standard date in conventional format, and runs from September 1903 (2005) to December 1904 (2006). The colored bands show the dates on Manticore, Sphynx and Gryphon, respectively - including where those dates overlap a Gregorian date.
